SHIPPING POLICY

Your purchase will ship standard ground via USPS and should arrive at its destination within 1 – 10 business days after it ships. 

Orders will ship standard shipping; valid only on shipping to the 48 contiguous states. We cannot ship to PO boxes only to physical addresses.

Shipping Delays

Due to carrier issues caused by COVID-19 you may experience extreme delays in delivery or no update in the tracking information for a period of time. UPS and USPS have suspended their Service Guarantees for all shipments from any origin to any destination. Therefore, Ryte T’s cannot guarantee you will receive your package within 14 days of the original ship date.

If you do not receive your package within 30 days of the ship date, please contact support and we will start an investigation with the shipper (UPS or USPS). This can take up to 10 days to complete. Carriers do not allow investigations prior to the 30 days from the original ship date. We understand this can be frustrating, once the investigation has been completed Ryte T’s will do our best to make this right.

Refusal of Delivery:

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by RyteTs.com. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:

Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
